Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Michigan
• Experience in pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Comfortable working with students across a range of ages and backgrounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students K-12, following their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
• Develop and implement interventions focused on improving skills necessary for academic success and daily school life
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ holistic development
• Maintain accurate records and document progress toward goals
