Occupational Therapist School Setting in Daly City, CA

Exciting part-time opportunity for a skilled occupational therapist to support students in a dynamic educational environment! A contract position is available for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, located near Daly City, California. You’ll provide essential OT services to students in a school-based setting, working just one day per week, with the specific school site to be determined. The contract period runs from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027.

What you’ll need:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Demonstrated experience delivering OT services in a school environment
• Pediatric (Peds) OT experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies according to student needs

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating students’ functional abilities and developing individualized therapy plans
• Providing direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Consulting with school staff to support inclusive learning environments
• Adjusting intervention strategies as needed to promote student progress
