Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY considered
  • Previous school-based SLP experience a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
  • Offer consultative support and resources to educators and families
