An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) is sought to provide essential speech and language services across multiple grade levels. This onsite, full-time position offers the chance to make a direct impact while collaborating with a dynamic team of educators and specialists.

This role encompasses a varied and manageable caseload of approximately 38-40 students, working with elementary, middle, and high school learners. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, support IEP development, and facilitate progress towards communication goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC credential
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, ideally across multiple grade levels
  • Able to collaborate effectively with students, families, and a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy to meet students’ needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Engage in IEP meetings and team discussions to advocate for student success
  • Provide support and consultation in strategies for classroom communication challenges
