Position Details

This is a full-time role with a 4/10 hour schedule, requiring availability from Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $33-38 per hour, based on hours worked*
• Bonus: $2000
• Continuing Education Allowance: Up to $1,000 annually, depending on tenure

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician
• Active and in-good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of WA**
• Experience in training new team members
• Proven ability to enhance workflows and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proficiency in the following areas:
  • Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
  • Dental prophylaxis and radiography
  • Advanced client education
  • In-house patient care
