Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP license (CCC or strong CFY candidates considered)
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work onsite at multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy for students of varying ages
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Document and report on student progress and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings across assigned schools
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
