Fine Motor Skills Occupational Therapist School Setting in San Bernardino, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an OT or eligible COTA in California
• Proven experience supporting K-12 student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students—with focus on both direct intervention and consultative support
• Assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and implement age-appropriate therapy activities
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Adapt strategies for virtual delivery as needed; utilize evidence-based teletherapy practices
• Mentor, support, and collaborate with colleagues, integrating best educational and therapy practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant school policies, state guidelines, and ethical standards
