Looking for your next opportunity in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations?
I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team on a 3-6 month contract with potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs.
What you'll be doing:
'14; Generate and process invoices for services, equipment, and parts
'14; Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
'14; Manage billing backlogs and support revenue accuracy
'14; Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
'14; Partner with operations and project teams to ensure timely billing
What we're looking for:
'05; 2+ years of billing, A/R, or accounting experience
'05; Strong Excel skills
'05; Experience working in construction, manufacturing, engineering, service, or project-based environments preferred
'05; Experience with ERP systems and revenue reconciliations
'05; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Bonus points for:
⭐ Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
⭐ Avalara knowledge
⭐ Lien waiver or construction billing experience
Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
