Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing organization and play a key role in supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and the close process. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of accounting while partnering with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and review complex account reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Prepare financial analyses and investigate variances
• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working through month-end close and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• CPA or CPA-track candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
