Machine Operator | Day Shift | Tempe

\n This Machine Operator opening is with a long established company that supplies and manufactures materials used in everything from electric motors and everyday electronics to alternative energy and electric vehicles. You would be joining a growing organization with locations throughout North America and opportunities to build experience beyond basic machine operation. The role includes operating equipment, completing quality checks with calipers, learning machine setup, and assisting with preventive maintenance.\n

\n Schedule & Pay:\n

\n • Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.\n
\n • Pay:$20 PH +\n
\n • Some overtime may be required based on current demand\n
\n • Full-time, temporary with potential to be temp to hire based on performance\n

\n Job Duties:\n

\n • Operate production machinery and transport materials\n
\n • Verify product dimensions and complete quality inspections\n
\n • Review and complete required daily production paperwork\n
\n • Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions\n
\n • Perform operator-level preventive maintenance and routine machinery checks\n

\n Requirements:\n

\n • High school diploma or equivalent\n
\n • Basic machinery setup knowledge\n
\n • Ability to use analog calipers\n
\n • Ability to read production orders, safety rules, and operating or maintenance instructions\n
\n • Clear verbal communication skills\n
