Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in speech and communication disorders
- Active SLP licensure in Michigan
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed for a diverse caseload
