Your days will be filled with meaningful, structured interactions as you deliver specialized services across individual and small group settings. You’ll be at the forefront of facilitating students’ skills development and ensuring they thrive in their academic and personal pursuits.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy contexts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in adapting therapy approaches for diverse student needs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and flexible in schedule and caseload management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 30-minute small group therapy sessions: 15 sessions per year with one student, and 20 sessions per year with another.
  • Provide monthly 30-minute consultation meetings for individual students, both in-person and through consults as needed.
  • Facilitate five 10-minute consults per year with select students.
  • Deliver twelve 30-minute individualized therapy sessions annually for specified students.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation for all interactions and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support goal achievement and holistic student success.
