School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Gary, Indiana

Multiple opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join a dedicated educational team for the 2026–2027 school year. CCC preferred; advanced clinical skill sets and a student-focused approach are essential.

What’s needed:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric caseloads
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Traveling SLPs encouraged to apply
• SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time

Opportunities include:

• Flexible, contract-based roles with a 7-hour workday and a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Serve either a single intermediate/elementary campus with a ~100-student caseload (with possibilities for supportive SLA partnerships), or work across developmental preschool, kindergarten, and elementary grades with a typical caseload of 70–80
• For those who thrive on variety, a split-site role is available spanning elementary and middle grades (Grades 2–8), serving approximately 75 students (pending SLA support, based on licensure)
• Client is willing to accommodate traveling SLP professionals
• Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal time
