Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable with elementary caseloads and adapting strategies to young learners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to consult with teachers and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document services effectively

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students, about 8 hours per week
• Creating and implementing individualized interventions to support student participation in school routines
• Collaborating closely with educators and support staff to promote student success
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Providing insight and resources to help classroom teams foster inclusive environments
