Step into an exciting contract position supporting students and staff as a School Psychologist during a maternity leave assignment. From August 25, 2026, through December 4, 2026, you’ll provide your expertise for 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, ensuring continuity of services and positive outcomes for students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification required for Washington state
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Prior experience as a School Psychologist in school settings
  • Strong background in assessment, intervention, and consultation practices
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations using standardized assessments and observations
  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and ancillary staff to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Support the creation and maintenance of inclusive and supportive learning environments
  • Assist in crisis intervention and response efforts as they arise
