Position Needed: BCBA
Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
The school needs an Educational Behavior Specialist
BCBA or Psychologist will be considered
FBAs, BIPs, Non-Violent Behavioral Training and experiance
Knowledge of ABA, Non-violent Crisis Intervention training, and Functional Behavioral Assessments
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Psychology or Special Education and Board Certificated Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate
~ OR ~
Valid CA Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology
Minimum three years of supervision and/or teaching experience with students with exceptional need
Primary Responsibilities: (support student success by conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, providing consultation and coaching to staff, participating in IEP and ESR meetings, and collaborating with families and school teams to improve student behavioral, social, and educational outcomes.
