Job Summary

A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for professional staff roles across multiple U.S. offices. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong law firm or legal staffing experience who enjoys partnering with leadership, improving hiring processes, and creating a positive candidate experience.

This role offers a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, hiring managers, and HR leadership. The Legal Recruiter will play a key role in attracting high-quality talent, strengthening recruiting operations, and supporting a professional workplace built on teamwork, discretion, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff positions across national office locations.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes.
- Oversee onboarding activities, background checks, reference checks, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and new hire documentation.
- Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking data, compensation research, job descriptions, and recruitment metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32801.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility with 1 to 2 remote days per week after training.
