\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nProvide excellent customer service in person and over the phone\n
\nAssist with rentals, lease documentation, and customer account management\n
\nFollow up on leads and support rental activity\n
\nComplete daily walkthroughs, lock checks, and operational tasks\n
\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized facility (interior and exterior)\n
\nPerform light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed\n
\nProcess payments and maintain accurate records\n
\nSupport nearby locations as needed\n
\nEnsure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures\n
\nWhat We’re Looking For\n
\n1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or property operations\n
\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n
\nProven reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently\n
\nComfortable working independently and staying on task\n
\nBasic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, systems)\n
\nWillingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties\n
\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus\n
