Job Description

This contract-based opportunity is perfect for OTs passionate about supporting student success and professional growth. Three full-time onsite positions are available, each offering 37.5 hours per week. Orientation takes place August 3 and 4, 2026, with students beginning August 10, 2026, and the assignment concludes May 21, 2027. Student caseloads will be matched with your preferred age group to ensure an engaging and rewarding experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for school-based practice
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational abilities and an enthusiastic approach to supporting diverse learners
- Ability to work confidently both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Administer assessments and design interventions based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student development
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and annual performance reviews
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices
- Engage in regular check-ins and professional development opportunities
