Qualifications:
- Must hold current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Behavior Analyst Certification
- National BCBA certification through BACB required
- PEL is not necessary for this particular opportunity
- Experience working within K–12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve in an itinerant role supporting districts spanning Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Dixon, Kirkland, Maple Park, and St. Charles
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students across K–12 grade levels
- Consult and train school staff, collaborate with families, and monitor student progress
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
