Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience working with pediatric and elementary student populations in educational environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech-language needs and eligibility for services
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, progress reports, and therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student success within the school environment
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations and school standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
