Collaborate with Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Production teams to improve efficiency and quality.
Support new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements, including ITAR where applicable.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as appropriate for experience level.
Qualifications:
Level I
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, aircraft, or machine shop environments (or Engineering Document Control).
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
Exposure to CAD software, manufacturing processes, or engineering documentation preferred.

Advanced expertise in CNC machining, tooling, process optimization, and manufacturability.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), and mentoring junior engineers.
Required Skills
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, aircraft, or precision machining environments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Experience with ERP systems (JobBoss or similar) preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor.
