Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• CCC certification or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings strongly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech and language disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s specific goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
