Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- CCC certification or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings strongly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech and language disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s specific goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
