Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist certification required
- Proven experience working with K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently with professionalism and empathy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments, interpreting results to develop tailored intervention plans
- Consult and partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
- Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
- Promote inclusivity and positive mental health throughout the school community
