This opportunity seeks a skilled Clinical Pharmacist with recent IV and sterile compounding experience to support pharmacy operations in Waukesha, WI. The role emphasizes clinical expertise in home infusion and sterile preparations, providing critical medication management and patient care.

Location: Waukesha, WI
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
• Prepare IV admixtures in a clean room environment as needed
• Perform clinical pharmacy duties, including medication management and patient safety oversight
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience, with hands-on IV mixing skills
• Recent IV preparation and home infusion experience preferred
• CPR certification is a plus
