RPh on the Go is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a growing specialty pharmacy seeking a motivated pharmacist who is eager to learn and build a long-term career. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer graduate or pharmacist looking for mentorship and career growth.

Position Details

• Contract-to-Hire
• Specialty Pharmacy
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Low prescription volume
• CareTend software (training available)

Responsibilities

• Manage specialty therapies including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and infusion medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, adherence, and side effect management.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient care.
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and patient access to therapy.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Arkansas license highly preferred
• CareTend experience is a strong plus
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
