Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license (OH or compact state, in good standing)
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an operating room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (additional credentials a plus)
- Proficient with surgical prep, patient monitoring, and sterile field protocols
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Comfort collaborating with anesthesia, surgical, and post-op teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for OR cases as assigned
- Ensure safe patient care throughout surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation
- Support infection prevention and sterile technique at all times
- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients’ families
- Participate in emergency interventions and multidisciplinary team processes

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
