Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support pharmacy operations in a dynamic healthcare environment located in Nacogdoches, TX. This per diem opportunity offers a chance to apply your pharmacy technician skills while contributing to patient care through accurate medication distribution and excellent customer service.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours each day)
- Specific shifts on August 3-7 and August 10-11, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute prescription medications as directed by physicians and licensed practitioners
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding medication usage and safety
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings preferred
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
