We're looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO at a fast-paced investment firm. This is a high-visibility role where you'll be a true right hand, keeping things running smoothly, staying a step ahead, and helping drive day-to-day priorities. If you've supported senior leadership in a financial services or investment environment and enjoy being at the center of the action, this could be a great fit.
Location: Austin, TX (Candidates currently located outside of Austin are welcome to apply if they are planning to relocate to the Austin area. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates.)

What you'll be doing:
- Managing a busy, ever-changing calendar and coordinating meetings, travel, and investor calls
- Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners
- Preparing presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Supporting board and executive meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up items
- Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Leading special projects and helping keep key priorities on track
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives (CEO and/or CFO support preferred)
- Background in financial services, private equity, hedge funds, investment management, or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Open to candidates relocating to Austin, TX for the opportunity
