Customer Focused Service Technician
Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and earning based on your performance? We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Service Technicians to join a growing team. No garage door experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for long-term success.
After completing training, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential while helping homeowners with repair and replacement solutions.
Compensation
•$25.00/hour during the 8-week paid training program
•Transition to a commission-based compensation plan after training
•Most technicians earn potential $80,000–$120,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range
Paid Training Program
•8-week structured training program
•Monday through Friday schedule
•One week of hands-on training in Orange County, CA (travel expenses covered)
•Ride-alongs with experienced technicians
•Ongoing coaching and development
Upon successful completion of training, you'll receive:
•Company vehicle
•Gas card
•Company cell phone
•Company tablet
Work schedule could change once training is completed to include weekend schedule.
What You'll Do
•Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company vehicle
•Diagnose garage door and opener issues
•Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
•Provide consultative "Good, Better, Best" solutions
•Prepare estimates and close sales
•Complete service documentation using company technology
•Deliver outstanding customer service while building trust with homeowners
