Skills and Experience:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in project administration, document control, or construction support.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Have experience using SharePoint, Procore, or similar document/construction management systems.
- Be familiar with CAD software and construction drawings.
- Have experience managing contracts, permits, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping and document control practices.
- Have experience coordinating with project managers, engineers, field superintendents, contractors, and vendors.
- Be able to monitor project schedules, track milestones, and follow up on action items.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
