This in-person, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role is set for a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week, running from August 18, 2026, to June 4, 2027. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with varied needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support and resources to school staff and caregivers
- Contribute to a positive, growth-focused atmosphere across the school
