School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to an engaging elementary school environment serving students in grades K-4. Two dynamic contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPs eager to make a difference within a supportive, collaborative setting specializing in autism support. With caseloads of approximately 30–40 students each and a flexible schedule ranging from 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, these roles offer both autonomy and variety in your daily routine.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC licensure with school-based experience preferred
• Demonstrated skill in serving K-4 students, including those with autism or complex communication needs
• Strong background with articulation and language therapy, including use of AAC devices
• Proficiency in direct and indirect services, observation, collaboration, standardized testing, and evaluation
• Experience with developing IEP goals, specially designed instruction (SDI), and case management for speech-only IEPs
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules and provide services primarily within one K–4 school building; occasional work in middle or high school buildings (all located on a single campus)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy and monitor student progress
• Support indirect services such as teacher/staff consultation and classroom observation
• Conduct thorough evaluations and participate in testing for special education eligibility
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) along with related documentation
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support student success
