Step into a dynamic contract role supporting students’ communication and language development across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), guiding approximately 38-40 students in a collaborative school environment. Spanning the academic year from late August through early June, you will play a vital role onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to student success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience working in a school-based setting
  • Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned to each student’s needs
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational growth
  • Document services, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions onsite
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate school staff and families about speech and language strategies and interventions
