Overseeing a manageable caseload largely consisting of elementary-aged students, you’ll find this assignment both impactful and engaging. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but open to strong new graduates
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and support COTAs
  • Commitment for the full 2026/2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for students (caseload 35–45, majority elementary)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and families
  • Supervise two COTAs and delegate appropriate responsibilities
  • Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment for student growth
