Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Comfortable conducting group and individual therapy sessions
• Compassionate, flexible, and eager to empower students of varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and social communication skills using appropriate assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals in alignment with IEP requirements
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language intervention in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to generalize communication skills in the classroom
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
