\nWe are seeking a Full-Time Chiropractor to join our Carlisle office. This role offers excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.\n

\nPosition Details\n

\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM\n
\nSetting: Outpatient clinical environment\n
\nPatient Population: Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients\n
\nType: Full-Time, Onsite\n
\n
\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\n* Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal and spine-related injuries.\n
\n* Collaborate with physicians, PTs, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.\n
\n* Document patient encounters, progress, and treatment recommendations in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.\n
\n* Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to manage pain and prevent re-injury.\n
\n* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.\n
\n* Schedule patient appointments as needed within the clinic workflow.\n
\n* Provide guidance to CCAs regarding treatment protocols and patient flow.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* Licensed Chiropractor (DC) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)\n
\n* Strong clinical experience with musculoskeletal and injury-based care preferred\n
\n* Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills\n
\n* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care\n
\n* Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury populations is a plus\n
\n
