Job Opportunity: Float Pool Registered Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, home-based care throughout our service area in Connecticut. This adaptable position allows for skilled nursing, assessment, and education for a variety of adult and elderly patients, with the flexibility to move between different caseloads and teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status.
• Develop and regularly update individualized care plans.

Qualifications and Requirements
