Temp to Perm NP - Family Practice Position in TX

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday with evening and weekend rotations, offering options of 5x8 or 4x10 shifts.
• Typical hours: 8 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday hours from 8 AM to 1 PM.
• Patient load: 2 to 4 patients per hour, including walk-ins and last-minute visits.
• Focus on all-age family medicine, treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, excluding infants.
• Primary care only; mental health and psychiatric visits are not part of the responsibilities.
• Required skills include wellness exams, management of chronic conditions, women’s health, IUD placements, and ADHD assessments.
• Hospital privileges are necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience is required, with an expectation of independent practice.
