Obstetrics Gynecologist Is Wanted for Locums Assistance in New York

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; on-call pager coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Patient Load: 14 to 15 patients daily; reduced to 10 when on call.
• Role: A combined clinic and hospital call position.
• Scope: Full-scope OB & GYN required.
• Deliveries: Approximately 350 deliveries annually, with 150 being C-sections.
• Emergency GYN Procedures: Includes vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and more.
• Limitations: No VBACs or high-risk deliveries unless urgent.
• Call Coverage: Midwives will take call for their own patients, with shared call responsibilities.
