Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) | Full-Time | PreK-8 School Setting | New Jersey

We are actively seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide services to students in a PreK through 8th-grade school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled clinicians who are passionate about helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic and social success.

Position Details

  • Full school-year assignment
  • Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven decision-making
  • Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, fluency, and pragmatic language skills
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to educational staff regarding classroom accommodations and communication strategies

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist certification or eligibility for certification
  • Active New Jersey state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates from other settings are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of special education regulations, IEP processes, and evidence-based therapeutic practices
