We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill a flexible, contract-based role starting from September 15th through October 22nd, with a possibility for extension. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in New Jersey
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop supportive intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized educational plans
  • Adapt therapy methods and materials to serve diverse student needs
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
