Make a positive impact supporting students from 3rd through 12th grade as a contract Speech Language Pathologist. Work full-time in a dynamic educational setting near Stoughton, WI, where you’ll collaborate with educators and help students develop communication skills that make a real difference in their academic journeys.

This position is centered on one conveniently located campus, where you’ll provide services across three buildings (all within walking distance). Your caseload will include approximately 44 students, with a mix of direct therapy sessions and consultative services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience delivering therapy within a school environment strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • A passion for fostering student growth and success

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in 3rd-12th grades
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Offer consultative services and strategies to educators and parents
  • Support a diverse group of learners across three buildings within close proximity

Schedule & Structure:

  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am – 3:45 pm
  • Consistent daily routine on a single campus
