Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational setting, supporting students from prekindergarten through 8th grade. This part-time contract position offers the chance to work hands-on with a diverse student population, helping to shape individualized behavioral interventions that make a tangible difference in young lives. The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027, and requires onsite presence, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 15. Your schedule will be coordinated directly with your supervisor, giving you flexibility within the structure of the school environment.

What makes this opportunity unique is the collaboration with leadership; you’ll receive training and support with the ESped IEP platform, so you can focus on what you do best—delivering effective, compassionate behavioral services. You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 15 students who have BCBA services listed on their IEPs, though this may change as student needs evolve.

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid BCBA license in Massachusetts
  • Successfully complete CORI and fingerprint background checks
  • Demonstrate experience with students on IEPs in educational settings (preferred)
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Adapt interventions to the individual needs and diagnoses of students

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborating on IEP teams and participating in meetings (date and time varies)
  • Traveling to assigned campuses to deliver direct and consultative services
  • Training and supporting school staff in behavioral strategies
  • Documenting progress and adapting plans as needed

You’ll enjoy an impactful role serving students and educators, professional training support, and the opportunity to build lasting skills in a rewarding environment.

If you’re ready to bring your passion and BCBA expertise to make a difference in the classroom, apply today to learn more and embark on the next chapter of your professional journey!

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.42 to $65.42. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
