School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Stephens City, Virginia

This position begins July 27th, 2026, and continues through May 28th, 2027, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team, helping students reach their full communication potential in the upcoming school year.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, valid Virginia SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and work effectively within school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide therapy sessions
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
• Provide resources, strategies, and training to staff and parents as needed
