School Speech Language Pathologist - Lindsay, California

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working virtually and utilizing telepractice platforms

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to an onsite SLPA, including feedback, training, and ongoing guidance
• Oversee implementation of individualized education program (IEP) goals as related to speech and language services
• Maintain regular communication with SLPA, school staff, and other related service providers to ensure cohesive student support
• Complete supervisory documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Engage in virtual meetings with school personnel as necessary
• Consult with parents and caregivers, addressing questions regarding student progress and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and procedural requirements for telepractice and school-based services
