This opportunity offers hands-on involvement with K-12 students across a welcoming district. Your impact will extend district-wide as you manage a caseload of 25-30 students, focusing on helping each child achieve their highest potential. The assignment is full-time—37.5 hours per week—from September 9, 2026, to June 16, 2027. This is strictly an onsite role, designed for professionals who thrive in-person and value direct connection with students and staff.
Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for pediatric and educational settings, an active (or pending) Washington PT license, and readiness to complete OSPI fingerprinting if not already credentialed. Your dedication will be rewarded as you build relationships and support learners across all grade levels.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid or eligibility for Washington Physical Therapy license
- Willingness to undergo OSPI fingerprinting/background check
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Comfortable adapting to diverse student needs and learning environments
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized physical therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment goals in collaboration with school staff
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and educational teams
- Travel to various sites within the district as needed
