Qualifications:

  • BCBA: Must hold an active BCBA certification (school-based experience preferred)
  • Behavior Specialist: DE PARA Permit required; degree in a related field, currently working within an ABA program or pursuing BCBA certification, strong behavior support and school experience preferred
  • All candidates must provide certification/verification and relevant credentials

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral support in school programs
  • Assist in program development and implementation of effective strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams
