Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift

Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks

Available Shifts: Days and Nights

Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice.
• Guiding and directing patient and family education, as well as overseeing the activities of other nursing staff.
• Maintaining high standards of care in the Telemetry Unit.
• Being accountable for the care provided to assigned patients.
• Communicating effectively with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptoms.
• Responding promptly and accurately to changes in patient conditions and treatment responses.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Must possess a current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire and must be maintained.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation for this role. The estimated pay range for this position is $75.00–$85.00 per hour, applicable to residents of California. This estimate may vary for other locations. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
