Practice Setting: Outpatient General & Family Dentistry
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a busy, well-established family dental practice in Arlington, TN. This role focuses on providing comprehensive general, restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dental care for patients of all ages in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The provider will deliver high-quality patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and build long-term patient relationships while working alongside an experienced clinical team. This opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a strong patient base, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
Perform crown and bridge procedures, extractions, and restorative treatments
Perform root canals and dental implants (preferred)
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff
Ensure compliance with clinical and infection control standards
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Tennessee Dental License required
Minimum 2 years of private practice experience
Strong experience in comprehensive general dentistry
Experience with crown preparations and extractions required
Root canal and implant experience preferred
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
Negotiated guaranteed daily rate for the first 6 months
Production-based compensation thereafter (Most providers earn $200K+ annually)
